SOLDIER'S DIVORCE.

In the Supreme Court at Hamilton, before Mr. Justice Cooper, Walter Edwin Ashby (Mr. Luxford) petitioned for a divorce from his wife, Ivy Myrtle Ashby, on the ground of misconduct. Petitioner gave evidence that while he was at the front his wife wrote, admitting misconduct and begging forgiveness. Tie returned last January, and since then had only seen his wife once. Evidence was given that the respondent registered the birth of an illegitimate child in March, 1918. A decree nisi to be moved absolute in three months was granted.
