Conduct of this kind not only reflects on them, hut on their comrades, us well as the hospital in which they are, and renders the acceptance of invitations on their behalf in the future difficult if not impossible." , A further order regarding local leave state?: "On and after the 14th inst. the hour at which patients must return to Ihe hospital is altered from 0 p.m. to S p.m. Later leave from this will only be granted on special application and for special reasons."
