DEMAND FULL REPARATION.

LONDON, March 14. In a speech .it the New Zealand V.M.C.A. headquarters in Paris on Tuesday, Mr. P. W. Massey, Premier of New Zealand, said that sis regards* thu peace settlement, it was impossible to speak definitely, but the lessons of Prussian warfare had emphasised the need of demanding a full measure of reparation and indemnities for the nations upon whom the destructive war had been thrust. The New Zealand delegation during the week-end visited Rheims and Soissons. They saw the appalling devastation and wanton destruction which Germany had deliberately done in Rheims and the scores of villages now desolate, deserted ruins, while the former fair vineyards are grotesque cemeteries.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
