HAMILTON COURT CASES.

(By Telegrapt.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON this day. In Court to-day James McFadden •pleaded guilty to several charges of theft at Hamilton and llorotiu. He >was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when called on. A young Maori, John Martin Smith, charged with breaking and entering at Taupiri and stealing certain articles, pleaded guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court at Auckland for sentence. On a further charge of theft of a saddle and bridle at Taupiri the accused was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon.
