FIRE AT OPUA.
RAILWAY SHEDS BURNED. (By Telcgrapli —Press Aesociation.) WHANGAREI, this day. News was received in Whangarei this morning that the engine shuck of the Railway Department at Opua were destroyed by lire about 2 a.m. An engine was sent forward from here to bring the train south owing to damage done to an engine in the shed. The train arrived in ] due time. The cause of the fire is unknown. The Department has not yet estimated the damage.
