Tlie schedule of Frederick William Kohn, baker, of Eawene, which has been filed with the Official Assignee (Mr. W. S. Fisher), shows liabilities amounting to £507 11/4, and secured creditors £171 17/11. The value of the securities is set down at £500, leaving a surplus to the asset side from this source of £328 2/1, and a surplus in the estate of £55 10/9. He attributed his failure among other causes to his German name.
