A JOCKEY'S APPEAL.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The judges appointed by the Racing Conference have dismissed the appeal of W- Young, jockey, from the decision of the 'Wanganui District Committee in re the horse Ibex, and have ordered that further investigation be made by the Majiawatu Racing Club.
