A petition in divorce was commence! at the Supreme Court before bis Hono: Mr Justice Stringer and a jury of twelvi this morning. The petitioner in the cas< was Nora BradJy, now of Rotorua, anc the respondent Henry B. BradJy, o: Helensville. A counter-petition was inadt by Henry 3. Braddly against his wife Both petitions were made oc the ground: of misconduct, and David Bradley anc Edward T. Young were cited as co respondents in the counter-petition. Hi R. Singer appeared for Nora Bradly, ajid Mr J. R. Reed, K.C., with Mh Black, for Henry B. ISradly. Evidence is being taken at considerable length regarding the alleged misconduct of the partita concerned. Two undefended petitions for divorra vrere heard at the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon before his Honor Mr Justice Cooper. John Ferguson asked for a divorce from his wife Beatrice Ferguson on the ground of misconduct, Isaac Hall, a butcher, being cited as co-respondent. His Honor granted a decree nisi.
