MONARCHISM IN RUSSIA.
SUPPORTED BT GERMANY. (Received 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, May 28. The "Daily Chronicle's" Geneva correspondent reports that it is understood that Germany contemplates the re-estab-lishment of the Romanoff dynasty at Kieff, though the Robanoffs will not be allowed to rule from Moscow, as the existence of rival monarchs in Russia would suit Germany better. Several wellknown monarchists have recently been added to the Ukrainian Government.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
