AXXI'AL MESTIXU. The annual general meeting of the New Zealand Farmers- Fertiliser Co.. Ltd.. was held in the Town Hall Concert Chamber yesterday, the chairman of directors .Mr A. Mr Itoss said that they hau taken full advantage or their opportunities, and he was fully of the opinion that the complete m hem.- in connection with tne fertiliser works was equal, and probably superior, to anything to be found in the countries they hail visited.

The retiring directors. Messrs A \ Ross P. H. l.nsk. and M. Harding, were ieappointed. Messrs 1 , . .1. Paine and .1. A Duncan were re-elected auditors.
