A middle-aged man named Arthur Rojle was admitted to the Hospital today suffering from a septic foot. He Was getting a case on to a hand-truck in the Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.'s (tore a couple of days ago, when the truck slipped back, the axle injuring hiß foot. Complications developed later, •md he was sent to the Hospital for treatment. A social gathering took place last night fct Mercer, being held to welcome home again from the front Corporals CrowJiust and Collins, also Private Pegarrow. Mr. Collins was, unfortunately, not in Sufficiently good health to be present, the gathering waa a large one in Mercer Hall, the chairman being Mr. Morgan, of the local branch of the Patriotic Society.
