1 THE WANGANTTI CARNIVAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WAXGANUI, this day. The schoolboys' and schoolgirls', and the Intermediate champioushlpn meeting, under the auspices of the New Zealand Amateur .Swimming Association, is befug held at Wangaiiul, and big entries have been received from all parts of the Dominion. This la especially the case In the Intermediate championship, necessitating beats for all events. This morning heats were swum in the 100 yds and SSOyds events for boys. The results to date are:— BOYS' 100 I'ABDS. First Heat. —Wellington 1, Auckland 2. lime, GB* Second Heat.—Chrlstcbureh 1, Christchurch 2. Time, 03 3-ss. BOYS , SSO YARDS. ...
