CRIMINAL SESSIONS.
CHARGE AGAINST YOUNG MAN. A young man named Percy Norman Henry was charged at the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr". Justice Hosking, with ■ having at Auckland on or about October 24 last counselled and procured a young woman named Vera Baker to eubmit to the unlawful use of an instrument. He was also indicted with being a party to manslaughter in connection with the death of the girl Vera Baker, but this count was withdrawn on the application of the Crown Prosecutor.
