LATE SIR C. SPRING-RICE.
TO BE BURIED AT OTTAWA. A PATHETIC PROPHECY. , (Received 10 a.m.) OTTAWA, February 15. Sir Cecil Spring Rice will be interred at Ottawa. It is recalled that at iiis last .public epeech in Ottawa he remarked that he deeply regretted his retirement from the Embassy at Washington. Everyone in this "war had hie part to play, and it was very hard to cease playing it, but "my time has come."
