WASHINGTON, February. 15. President Wilson had an audience with Lord Reading, Britain's Special Ambassador, who expressed King gratification at the. United States and Great Britain participating in a common cauee. Mr. Wilson replied- "T believe that the righteous cause we are prosecuting serves to bind closer the peoples of the.
