NEW SCHOOLS RECOMMENDEDi

WELLINGTON, Friday. '
The Council of Education has decided to advise the Minister to establish technical high schools at Hawera, Feilding and Pnkekohe, and district schools at Taumarunui, and Matamata. The Council also recommends that the qualifying examination should be. almost entirely replaced by the system "of accrediting.
