CO-ORDINATING MEASURES. U.S. SHIPYARD ACTIVITY. (Received 16 a.m.) WASHINGTON, January 14. Mr E. X. Hurley (President of the United States Shipping Board) has announced that definite steps are being : taken by America and the Allies to co-, ordinate the shipping.
