DISTRESS IN DENMARK.
INDUSTRY COLLAPSING. (Received 1.15 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, January 10. Over 3,000 labourers are idle, and factories arc closed owing to lack of raw materials. Industry is threatened with complete catastrophe, and great distress exists among the workers. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
