TAKAPUNA BY-ELECTION.
MR. A. FULLJAMES RETURNED. A by-election was held yesterday to fill the vacancy on the Takapuna Borough Council, caused by the resignation of Mr. E. E. Grimwade. There were two candidates, Messrs. Albert Fulljames and George Alexander Macdonald, the former being returned by a majority of 152 votes. The following are details of the voting: — Mac- InFulljames. donald. formal.
