BREACH OF WAR REGULATIONS
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHTJRCH, this day. At the Magistrate's Court George Beilby, Kenneth Conner, Eric Lester, Harold Sinclair, Vivia Young, and Fred N,evin were charged with breaches of the war regulations by taking photographs of overseas vessele at Lyttelton. The prosecution stated that the. cases were brought as a warning. Each defendant was fined 5/, without costs, with the exception of Young, against whom a conviction was recorded.
