SCHOOL PRIZE GIVINGS.
s CHELTENHAM COI/LEGE. The Mayor of Devonport (Mr J. Henderson) presided at the ceremony of presenting prizes to the successful students of Cheltenham College, Devonport. He complimented the girls upon the unselfish spirit they had displnyed in accepting "honours cards" in order that the money usually devoted to the purchase of prizes should go to a patriotic object. A brief address was delivered by Mr XV. J. Napier, after which an interesting programme was submitted iby the pupils. Each child In' the Kindergarten received a gift, and the following prize winners received honours cards:— Forms 111. and IV.—Mathematics: Eileen Dustin; hon. mention, >oruia Caluer.
