ALLEGED ILLEGAL. OPERATION

ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TRIAL The charge against Mary Rush (37) that on November 27 she performed an illegal operation, was continued before Mr. F. V. Frazer, S.M., yesterday afternoon, when evidence was given by Eileen Taylor, Esther Cheshire, Wm. Cheshire, and Detectives Cullen and Cummings, in corroboration of parts of the evidence of the chief witness. Accused pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, bail being allowed in one surety jof £100.
