C'lapham, who claimed AJI.oOO from the -Tribune", newspaper for alleged libel in five anonymous letters. The. judge held the let- i ters to be fair comment. Costs were awarded on the usual scale for defendant. A stay of execution for 14 days ■was granted, in view of an appeal.
