■ Waitemata boating cucb. The Waitemata Boating Club held its annual prize night and smoke concert last evening in the Strand ''.if.-. Tho function was a suitable close to Hie work of toe past year, which has marked some very fltie performances on the part of the members. The arrangements for the smoke concert were well carried out, and the musical items highly appreciated.
