IRELAND'S CONGRESS.
THE INTERESTS REPRESENTED. LONDON, June 11. A statement has been issued by the Press Bureau that the Irish Convention will comprise 15 representatives nominated by the Crown, 33 chairmen of county councils, the' Lord Mayors of Dublin, Belfast, and Cork, and three Mayors of other municipalities, and representatives of chambers of commerce. The Catholic Church wjill be offered four places and Protestants three. The political parties will be represented ns follow: Five delegates each from Nationalists, Sinn FeineTS, Ulster Unionists, and Southern Unionists, two oJßrienites,0 J Brienites, two peers, and five Labour representatives. Ilie Orange Order, Hibernians, and the United Irish will not be directly represented— (Reuter.) FRACAS IN DUBLIN. DUBLIN, June 11. During a street fracas, resulting from the prohibition of a meeting, Count Plunkett, M.P. for Roscommon, and others were arrested.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
