SUFFERING BELGIUM.
MORE OFFICIAL ROBBERY. (Received 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, June 8. The newspaper "Les Nouvelles" states that the Germans fined Mons half a million marks on the pr.etext that Allied air raids were due to a published statement that Prince Ruppreeht of Bavaria and his staff were there. A Mons newspaper states that there is reason to believe that a. German general and possibly another high officer were killed during the raids.—(A. and N.Z.)
