GENERAL OUTBREAK FEARED*
LONDON, April 12. % The Amsterdam correspondent of thai "Daily Chronicle' , states that the au» thorities in Germany fear that the dis* orders which hitherto have been isolated will become general. An outbreak in Hamburg is specially likely. Extraor--dinary measures have been taken to cope with the situation.
