• FED BY KAISER'S "HOLY" ANGER, AMSTERDAM, January 23. Public bodies in Germany responded to the Kaiser's recent proclamation with perfervid protestations of loyalty, demanding unlimited, frightfulnegs against Britain. V The Kaieer replied that Germany would continue defensive war. She was filled with determination and holy anger because her efforts to secure peace had been repulsed. The German people and princes would stand etrongly together, with God's help for protection, against the furious attacks of their blinded enemies.
