DENOUNCED AS BANKRUPT AND DISHONEST, GERMAN REMITTANCES X.ONG OVERDUE, f . (Received 10 a.m.) TtTKCf, January "23. The Austrian Government has prohibited all payments from Austria for goods supplied from external sources before January 1, this year. Swiss exporters will bo chiefly affected. The "Journal de Geneve" cays:—"This is Austria's bankruptcy." The paper attacks Austria's dishonesty, and declares that Germany appears to have taken the same course, as remittances from Germany are long overdue. m
