TEUTON THREAT OF A RUSH TO BUCHAREST.
HUNS SENT TO GUAIRD CONSTANTINOPLE RAILWAY. ["The Times."] AMSTERDAM, August 29. Rumania's Note was delivered on Sunday. It announced a state of war from nine o'clock on Sunday night. The Rumanian Minister leaves Vienna to-day. * The Buda Pesth correspondent of the "Morning Post," writing on Asprtist 20, quotes "a Bulgarian general as saying that strong German and Turkish divisions were assembled on the Lower Danube ready to cross the river, and to rush to Bucharest, which would easily be reached in five days, whereas the Russians would not be able to assist the Rumanians under twenty days. It is believed that Turks originally intended for the north-east front have been diverted towards Brasso. Hungarians have been Knt to the Tolda Valley to guard the Constantinople railway.
