"Testimony which I do not find has been disputed.' the judge said, "has been adduced t< show that Yon der Goltz, sent by an< equipped 'by Captain yon Papen, did g< to Canada, and, finding the cana guarded by soldiers, returned to th' Uniter States. He is implicated in most of the >bonrb-p]ot cases, »na on thk occasion pleaded guilty to a ehaTge of giving Fred Schoindel, an enrployee of the National City Bank of New York, the su-m of 25 dollars to steal letters and telegrams from the bank referring to war supplies. Koenig -was released, at District Attorney's Swarm's suggestion, on a suspended sentence. •Ivoenig now realises that the evidence collected by the U.S. Federal agents is incontrovertible.
