The Allies' bazaar which took place in New York was attended by over 850.000 feopls, and coc6identbly more than 1,000.000 dollars was cleared after tb'j few inevdearcal expenses had been met. The leading actresses of tlie Uiiitei States freely gave their services, and hundreds of pannineat society women •were daily in attendance. France wr:t a ship load of war relics, including captured German guns and aeroplanei.
