BULGARIANS MUTINY.
GERMAN OFFICERS VTT.T.yp CReuter's Telegrams.) (Received 10.45 a.m.) BUCHAREST, July 13. Recent Bulgarian arrivals state that a Bulgarian regiment mutinied and murdered its German officers. Another regiment, which was sent to punish the mutileers, joined them instead.
