THE INCREASED RATE. (By Telegraph.TfPress Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Insurance authorities 6tate that the rise in marine insurances applies only to goods shipped via Panama to the Mediterranean and via to Allied countries in the Mediterranean. So far as New Zealand is concerned there is no rice in rates for goods -.shipped via Cape Horn to Great Britain. '
