The man Frederick Smith (57), who was found a week ago at 11.30 p.m. sleeping in a vacant City "Council house in Beach Road, and insisted that he was the Honourable F. Smith, and a British Secret Service agent, was sent before Mr. F. V. Frazer, S.M., this morning, with a recommendation that he be medically examined by two doctors, with a view to his committal to the mental hospital. After examination the application for committal was granted.
