HAMILTON, this day.

The adjourned application in divorce brought .by Joseph Bond, miner, of Huntly,,.for # of his njarrjage ■with Alice Bond, was concluded before Mr. Justice Cooper, at Hamilton' yesterday. John Davidson, inquiry agent, of Auckland, said he served the citation papers on respondent and co-respondent Miller, at ttranity (West Coast). Respontleiit admitted she "was the wife of petitioner, and that she was living with co-respondent as his wife.. Respondent further stated that Miller was the father of three of her children, the eldest being born at Wellington in 1011, the. second at Puponga, and the third at Graffity. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute in three months, petitioner to have custody of the three eldest children. Costs tfefe allowed against the co-respondent.
