RIOTS IN COLOGNE.
MOB OVER-AWED BY GUNS. (Received 11.54 a.m.) LONDON", March 10. Travellers who have reached Amsterdam from Germany report that serious riots took place at Cologne. It is supposed that the disturbances were the outcome of feeling over the course of events at V%rdun. The travellers were not allowed to leave their train. They heard the firing of guns that were placed in _c streets to over-awe the mob.
