GERMANY AND PORTUGAL
OFFICIAL MESSAGE SAYS THAT RELATIONS HAVE BEEN SEVERED. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, March 10. A German wireless states that diplomatic relations between Germany and Portugal harp been broken off. Portugal ia calling up her naval reservists immediately, with Portugal. The Fpanish Government is entrusted with German interests in Portugal and Portuguese interests in Ciermany.
