RECRUITING.
THREE RECRUITS A DAY. A PROBLEM FOR OTAGO. (By Telegraph—Press , Association.) DTJNEDIN, this day. Recruiting ia painfully slow in Dunedin at the present time. The recruits put through at Kensington Drill Hall during the last fortnight average about three per night, and Otago is about 140 infantry short for the Fourteenth Rein' forcements,' which leave on March 9 for Trentham.
