FIRST FOUR GROUPS EXPECTED TO YIELD 100,000. LONDON, January 20. The Earl of Derby and his committee have decided on a great new recruiting campaign for married men as well as single men. The result of the reopening of the groups is sufficiently satisfactory to warrant vigorous efforts to secure all eligible men. I It ia expected that the first groups of m/yi attested during the last campaign, called up for training to-morrow, will yield 100,000 men.
