JAPAN'S SHARE.
IN ARMING THE RUSSIANS: (Received 12.30 p.m.) TOKYO, November 24. Baron Ishti (Minister of Foreign Affairs), in the course of an interview, said that only one-third of the Russians were armed last December, and that Japan had largely contributed towards completely arming the remaining twothirds.
