In the House of Commons the Parliai mentary and Registration Bill is being I reconsidered owing to some Conservatives ; objecting to the first clause, under which J the session of tho present Parliament ! coming next after the termination of the I war shall he deemed to be the fifth (session under the Parliament Act, arid ("thereby enabling the Plural Voting Bill to be passed.
