LIQUOR RESTRICTIONS.
DRASTIC REGULATIONS. PROTEST FROM TRADE. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, November 21. The liquor restriction applies to many military and munition areas. It limits the sale of spirits for home consumption to two and a-:haJf haurs on Monday, Tueeday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The minimum quantity that can b? sold in a quart, and all liquors must be paid for.wlien ordered.
