GERMAN PLOTS IN AMERICA.
GERMAN ATTACHE IMPLICATED IN COMMERCE RAIDING SCHEME. (Received 10 a.m.) NEW YORK, November 21. A number of blip Hamburg-American St&unship Company's officiate are under indictment, charged with 'having broken the neutrality laws. The evidence implicates Captain Boyd, a German military attache, who is alleged to have attempted the purchase of ships in order to raid British commerce in the North Atlantic Doctor d'oricar, who was previously in charge of one of the Austrian Consulates which fomented bho strikes' and ibojnb outrages, and who resigned when he discovered those conspiracies, is a material witness in the case.
