FOOD RIOTS IN VIENNA.
FRACAS BETWEEN WOMEN AND POLICE. DEMANDS FOR PEACE. (Received 1 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, November 21. Reports come from Vienna of serious food riots in the markets on Monday and Tuesday, owing to the dearth of vegetables and butter. Women fought the police, and five women and ono policeman were wounded. After the mounted police charged, the women dispersed, singing verses demanding immediate peace to the tune of the "National Anthem."
