GERMAN ACCOUNT OF THE FIGHTING. PROGRESS ON BOTH FLANKS. (Received 2.1S p.m.) AMSTERDAM. September 21. A German communique states that' General yon Eicliorn'a troops arc making progress north-westward and southwestward of Oschmjano, and have reached the region cftntwnrd of Lida, oil the Vilna-Rovnu railway, GO miles northeast of Grodno. Prince Leopold of Bavaria has forced the passage of the southward of Dwohzec, in the Pinsk sector. Further south the Germans reached the line south-cnftwßrd of Molezadz and Nowayurn} sch. and westward of Ostrow.
