BRITISH FLEET BOMBARDS OSTEND.
BREAKWATER AND FORTIFICATIONS DESTROYED. ALL ENEMY BOATS IN HARBOUR SUNK. GERMAN LOSSES REACH THOUSANDS. The High Commissioner reports, under date of London, September 19, 5.30 p.m.: — It is reported from Amsterdam that the British Fleet destroyed the Ostend break-water and fortifications and all the enemy boats and works. The German losses reach thousands.
