CLERGYMAN'S DEATH.
INSURANCE CLAIM CONTESTED.

0 DTOPEDTN, Monday. The .Supreme Court was occupied today by an action between the Public Trustee, ac executor of the will of tihe \aitc Rev. K. L. Woodhotise, and the 0 National Insurance Company, to recover !e £500, the amount of an accident imsur- "" ance policy. Mr. Woodboueo, an Angld- *" can clergyman, was found drowned in ' the Molyncau River a year ago. The company disputed the claim, mainly on ' the ground that it was not proved that '"I death was accidental within the meaning 10 ; of the term of the policy. y| After tJio case had been gone into at ' some length, judgment was consented to °: for the sum claimed.
