m ■ ■ i SAW TOO MANY SPIES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association."! NAPIER, this day. James Plowman, a member of the Expeditionary Force, was before the Court to-day charged -with disorderly behaviour in the train and using obscene, language. Evidence went to show that accused was a passenger on the'express train from Wellington, and that whilst under the influence of liquor he assailed various other passengers, declaring them to be German spies, and threatening them with a bayonet. Accused, who pleaded guilty, was remanded for sentence. Bail was refused.
