The annual meeting of tbe Hamilton Ama-Teur Athletic and Cycling (Lib was held last eveni-K, presided over by iMr. .7. E. Hammond. The annual report described the past season as a very successful one. although the finances of the club were not so good, owin" to a guarantee of £25 being given towards the tour of the American atfcletes. A low of £5 11/ was experienced over the ■Easter meeting, bnt a proUt of _6 12/ was made on the American meeting. During the season a well-deserved presectatioti wa" made to the club nandicapper.
